The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has released the GSEB HSC result 2021 for all streams. The Board has released the GSEB HSC Commerce result 2021 and GSEB HSC Arts result 2021 on July 31. Earlier, the Board has released the GSEB HSC Science result 2021 on July 17. A total of 1,07,264 candidates registered and qualified due to mass promotion. This year, the Board has cancelled Gujarat Board Class 12th exams because of the COVID-19 crisis. The GSEB has released alternative assessment criteria to evaluate students. The GSHSEB has clearly stated that the result was declared only for the science stream. This year, around 1.40 lakh students registered for the Gujarat Board 12th science stream. August 23, 2021: The GSEB has declared the Class 12th result for Commerce and Arts repeater exams. As per the sources, a total of 1,14,193 private and regular students had appeared for the repeater examination. The pass percentage is 27.38%. A total of 31,785 students have qualified in the board exams.

Gujarat Board 12th Evaluation Criteria 2021

As mentioned above, the Gujarat Board has released an alternative assessment formula after cancelling the board exams. It has proposed a 50:25:25 formula to prepare Gujarat 12th result 2021. A total of 100 marks will be divided in such a way that 50 marks will be given to class 10 performance. The reaming 50 will be shared by the class 11 and class 12 performance, equally. The 25 marks in Class 12 will be based on internal performance.

Gujarat 12th Result 2021 Important Points

As per the GSEB rules, Students should obtain a minimum of Grade 'D' in all the subjects to qualify in Class 12th. Students who have scored Grade 'E1' or Grade 'E2' will be eligible to improve their performances with GSEB supplementary exams to pass. The qualifying percentage for students belonging to the differently-abled category is 20 per cent marks.

Last year, the GSEB has declared the Gujarat Board Class 12th result on May 22. The overall pass percentage is 71.34 per cent.
