Click Apply Now.

A login screen will appear.
Step 8
Click on the button that reads, New Registration.
Step 9
The instructions to register will be displayed on the screen. Read them carefully.
Step 10
Click I Agree.
Step 11
The registration form will be displayed on the screen. Enter your details in the fields provided.
Step 12
Upload your photograph and signature.
Step 13
Read the declaration and click on the checkbox to agree.
Step 14
Click Save and follow the subsequent pages to complete the registration process.
Step 15: Go back to the login page and enter your credentials to login and complete the application process.
