The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC), under Govt of Gujarat, has invited online applications from qualified and interested candidates for filling 89 vacancies to the post of General Managers (Mines - Metal & First Class Coal, Legal), Assistant Manager (HR/Finance & Account/Environment/Civil/Fire & Safety/IT/Survey), Labour Welfare Officer, Asst Director/ Regional Fire Fighting Officer, Director, Programmer (Assistant), Junior Programmer (Assistant) and Mines Sirdar (Assistant) posts through direct recruitment. The application process towards the same starts from January 27, 2020 and closes on February 11, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Managerial positions through GPSC Recruitment 2020 must meet the age criteria as per the GPSC norms, with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as per the Gujarat government guidelines.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 100 (Gen/OBC) as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit) payment mode only. SC/ST and PWD candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Managerial positions through GPSC Recruitment 2020 must possess Bachelor's Degree/Graduation; B.E/B.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines; Law Degree; MBA (HR/Finance); MSW; BCA/MCA from a recognised University/Institution with relevant years of work experience in the concerned area/field as detailed in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to Managerial positions through GPSC Recruitment 2020 will be done through a Written Examination of competitive nature and Personal Interview.

Candidates selected to Managerial positions through GPSC Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument as per GPSC norms.
