Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) has published the results of the Common Entrance Test (CET 2017) exam. Candidates can check their candidature for the counselling round today.

GADVASU CET 2017 was held for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc./ B.Tech (Dairy Technology) / B. Tech. (Biotechnology) programmes at te university.

How to check the CET 2017 results?

In order to check the CET 2017 results, follow the steps given here:

  • Log on to the official website http://www.gadvasu.in/
  • On the homepage, click on the button RESULT CET GADVASU - 2017
  • A login page will appear. Enter your roll number.
  • Click to submit
  • The results will be displayed on the screen
  • Save it to your computer and take a print out of it for future reference

Dates to remember

  • According to the prospectus released, the second counselling will be held on 17 August 2017. 
  • The third counselling will be held on 6 September 2017.
  • For Master's programme, the next counselling round is on 21 August and 31 August. Selection to the Masters' programme is done on the basis of merit of AIEEA-PG 2017 of the ICAR, New Delhi

Counselling will be held at Auditorium, Silver Jubilee Block, University Veterinary Hospital, Opposite Nanaksar Gurudwara, Ferozepur road, Ludhiana.

According to the official website, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) was established at Ludhiana by an act of the Punjab Legislature No. 16 of 2005 notified in the Punjab Government Gazette on August 9, 2005 and it started functioning w.e.f. April 21, 2006 for promoting livestock production, health and prevention of the disease(s) through integrated teaching, research and extension programmes.
