FSSAI Recruitment: Apply Online For 26 Senior And Junior Fellows Before February 21

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, has invited online applications from eligible Indian nationals for filling 26 vacancies to the post Senior Fellows (10) and Junior Fellows (16) in Food Safety & Nutrition through direct recruitment. The online application process towards the same closes on February 21, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for FSSAI Fellowships through FSSAI Recruitment must meet the age criteria as per the guidelines for CSIR-JRF/SRF as given in CSIR website as on February 21, 2020 with a relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved categories as per the FSSAI guidelines.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Candidates applying for FSSAI Fellowships through FSSAI Recruitment must possess Master's or equivalent Post-Graduate Degree in Life Sciences/Chemical Sciences/Food Science/Agricultural Postharvest Technology including Apiary/Meat/ Egg/Dairy/Fishery or M.E/M.Tech. or equivalent Degree in Chemical Engineering/Food Technology/ Food Engineering from a recognised University/Institution as specified in the notification.

Candidiates must also have knowledge of computer applications including web-searching, MS-Office and report writing besides desirable NET/GATE qualification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for FSSAI Fellowships through FSSAI Recruitment will be done through Shortlisting and Written Examination/Interview.

Candidates selected for FSSAI Fellowships through FSSAI Recruitment will be paid emoluement as FSSAI norms.
