FCI Recruitment 2019 For 4103 Vacancies In Various Zones; Application Starts From February 28

The Food Corporation of India (FCI), an organization wholly owned by Government of India, has released a official notification inviting online applications from interested and eligible Indian nationals for filling 4,103 vacancies to the posts of Junior Engineers (Civil/Electrical), Stenographers (Grade-II), Assistant Grade-II, Typists (Hindi), Assistant Grade-III (General), Assistant Grade-III (Accounts), Assistant Grade-III (Technical) and Assistant Grade-III (Depot) to be appointed across various zones in the Indian sub-continent.

The recruitment of for various zones comprising - North Zone, East Zone, West Zone, South Zone and North-East Zone. Candidates must apply only under any one zone for the above positions. The online application process towards the will start from February 28, 2019 and close on March 30, 2019 by 12 pm

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of JEs, Stenos, Typists and AGs through FCI Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded the following age limit as on 01 January 2019:
Junior Engineers and AG II (Hindi): 28 years (31 years OBC/33 years SC/ST)
Steno Gr II and Typists: 25 years (28 years OBC/30 years SC/ST)
AG-III (General/Accounts/Technical/Depot): 27 years (30 years OBC/32 years SC/ST).

Candidates must pay a requisite amount of Rs. 500/- as application fee through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit payment gateways) mode only.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates applying for the post of JEs, Stenos, Typists and AGs through FCI Recruitment 2019 must possess qualifications as under:

J.E. (Civil Engineering): Candidates applying for this post must possess a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1-year experience.

J.E. (Electrical Mechanical): Candidates applying for this post must possess a Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 1-year post-qualification experience (for Diploma holders only)

Steno. Grade- II: Candidates applying for this post must be a Graduate with O level qualification of DOEACC, and must have speed of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in typing and shorthand respectively, or must hold a Degree in Computer Science/Computer Application with a speed of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in typing and shorthand respectively.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as JEs, Stenos, Typists and AGs through FCI Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Written Test (online examination), Skill Test and Document Verification.

Candidates selected as JEs, Stenos, Typists and AGs will be paid an emolument in the range of Rs. 9,300 to Rs. 29,950 per month as per the designation
