Exams, classes suspended at Anna University till Nov 28

Chennai: Due to heavy rain in Chennai and other parts of Tamil Nadu, registrar Dr S Gansesan said that the Anna University would suspended all exams and classes till November 2.

Rescheduled semester exam time table would be announced later, he added.

Schools in Chennai, Kancheepuram, Tiruvallur, Vellore, Cuddalore, Tiruvannamalai, Ariyalur, Villupuram, Nagapattinam and Tiruvarur districts will remain closed on Monday (November 23) due to heavy rain. Collectors of these districts declared the holiday.

Educational institutions in Puducherry and Karaikal will also remain closed on Monday.
