VIT University issues VITMEE 2014 online application form

VIT University, Vellore, issues VIT Masters Entrance Examination (VITMEE-2014) online application form.

VITMEE 2014 entrance exam is conducted for admission to Master of Computer Application (MCA) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) programme in Chennai and Vellore campuses, commencing in 2014-15.

Eligibility:
For MCA:

Candidates should have a bachelor degree in any branch with at least one of the following subjects at the under graduate level: Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics and Business Mathematics.
Candidates must have 60% of marks from any of the recognised universities.
Candidates appearing for their final degree exam / final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply.

For M.Tech:

Candidates should have an B.E / B.Tech degree in Engineering / Technology discipline with 50% of marks from any of the recognised universities.
Candidates appearing for their final degree exam / final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply.

How to apply:

Candidates have to apply online.
Candidates should have to fill the application in details. Candidates are advised to read the instructions before filling the application form.
It is compulsory that, candidates have to provide valid email id.
After filing up the application form, password will be sent to candidates mail Id.
After receiving the password, candidates have to proceeded to further steps.
Before filling the application form, candidate have to take the photograph and signature (Photograph Image : Size should be between 5KB to 100 KB with the dimension of 3.5 CM X 4.5 CM, Signature Image : Size should be between 5KB to 100 KB with the dimension of 3.5 CM X 1.5 CM).
Select the appropriate mode of payment ass DD /Netbanking / Debit Card / Credit Card.
After submission of the application form, an application number will be generated.
Candidates are requested to note down the application number for further future use.
