Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission TNEA 2014 application forms available

Anna University has started inviting applications from the eligible candidates for admission to Engineering courses in its affiliated colleges.

The issue of the application forms for the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) entrance exams for admission to engineering courses across the state, would be available from 03rd May 2014.

Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) 2014 entrance exam is the qualifying exam for admission to first year B.E / B.Tech courses in the university departments / university colleges, government and government-aided engineering colleges, and for the seats surrendered by self - financing engineering colleges for the year 2014-15.

How to apply:

• Candidates can obtain the application form in person from the centres on payment of Rs 500/- for general candidates Rs 250 for SC/SCA/ST candidates in cash.
• Application forms can also be obtained by post from The Secretary, Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA), Anna University, Chennai - 600025 by sending a dd of Rs 700/- for general candidates and Rs 450/- for SC/SCA/ST candidates.
• Candidates may also register online.
• DD should be drawn in favor of "The Secretary, Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions", payable at Chennai.

Important date:
Last date for submission of application form is 20th May 2014.
