Syllabus revised for WBJEE 2015 exam

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB), Kolkata has announced the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) dates for the year 2015 and syllabus have been revised.

According to WBJEEB, WBJEE 2015 exam would be held on April 18 and 19, 2015.

The syllabus revision has been  performed based on the following principles ;

  • Students from no particular school/board should get preferential treatment.
  • More descriptive topics have been either omitted or given less importance than the analytical ones.
  • Stress has been laid more on depth of the syllabi rather than the extent of coverage .

WBJEE 2015 is the qualifying entrance examination, which is conducted for admission to first year Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, Architecture, Medical and Dental Courses in the State of West Bengal.

The online registration for WBJEE 2015 would begin from first week of December 2014.
