Patna University to conduct M.Ed entrance test (MEET 2014) on Nov 01

Patna University, Patna invites application forms for Master of Education (M.Ed) Entrance Test (MEET 2014) for admission into first year M.Ed programme, commencing in the session 2014.

Eligibility:
Candidates must have a B.Ed degree with 55% (50% for SC/ST) of marks from any of the recognised universities.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on entrance test score conducted by the university.

How to apply:

• The application form can be obtained from the respective college counters by paying Rs. 200/- in cash.
• The application form and prospectus can be downloaded from the official website of Patna University.
• The filled application form should be submitted, along with demand draft drawn in favour of "Controller of Examinations, Patna University".
• Application form can also be sent by Registered Post / Speed Post to the Head, P.G. Department of Education, Patna University, Baripath, Dariyapur, Patna- 800004.

Entrance test fee:

• Rs 600/- for general and OBC students
• Rs 450/- for SC/ST students.

Important dates:

• Last date for the submission of application form is October 17, 2014.
• Admission card will be issued from October 20 to 31, 2014.
• MEET 2014 test will be held on November 1, 2014.
• Results will be published on November 10, 2014.
