NMAT 2015 exam Day 1 analysis

NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) 2015 had started on October 07, 2014, which was conducted for admission to MBA programmes in NMIMS, Mumbai.

According to the students, exam paper was moderate and it was held smoothly. Experts said that the paper was more speed-based test than a knowledge-based test.

Day 1 of the paper contained some of the sections that had questions difficult to answer.

Language Skills:
This section had questions on grammer, parts of speech, tenses, etc. Paper had 2 to 3 reading comprehension passages, followed by questions. Overall, this section was moderate in level to answer.

Quantitative Skills:
This section had questions on data interpretation, data sufficiency, geometry, algebra, number system, percentage, time & distance etc. Students said that, some of the questions from this section were time consuming. Overall, this section was moderate.

Logical Reasoning:
This section had questions on verbal decision0making, critical reasoning, puzzles, sequences & series, etc. Overall, the paper was easy to moderate and had a wide range of questions.

The candidates who have written the NMAT 2015 test on October 07, can expect excellent scores.
