Joint Admission Test (JAM) for M.Sc in IITs & IISc

Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore is all set to conduct the Joint Admission Test (JAM 2015) for admission to the 2 year M.Sc, Joint M.Sc Ph.D, dual degree and other postgraduate degree programmes at IITs and IISc.

The M.Sc., Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D, M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree and other post-bachelor degree programmes at the IITs offer high quality education in their respective disciplines, and is comparable to the best courses in the world.

The main objective of JAM is to consolidate Science as a career option for bright students across the country.

It is expected that the research infrastructure, the inter-disciplinary interaction and the vibrant academic environment of IISc Bangalore & IITs will motivate these students to pursue R&D careers in frontier areas of basic sciences as well as inter-disciplinary areas of science and technology.

The online registration for the JAM 2015 would begin from September 3, 2014.
