IIT Bombay to conduct JEE Advanced 2015 on May 24

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced for the year 2015 would be conducted on May 24, 2015.

According to the JEE Advanced 2015 website, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay is the conducting body for the examination for the year 2015.

In 2014, IIT Kharagpur was the conducting body for the examination.

As per the released dates, JEE Advanced 2015, Paper 1 examination would be held from 9 AM to 12 PM and Paper 2 will be held from 2 PM to 5 PM.

It is the qualifying entrance examination for admission to engineering / technology courses in 16 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).

HRD Ministry and IIT Council said that the eligibility criteria for admission to IITs has been relaxed. According to the new eligibility criteria, class 12th students with 75% of marks can get admission to IITs.
