ICSE Exam 2023: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) will release the ICSE Class 10 timetable for 2023 soon. Students can check the exam timetable pattern by visiting the official; website of ICSE 2023 at cisce.org.

According to the recent official notice, the council has decided to conduct only one examination at the end of the academic year 2023, unlike the Covid schedules, where the examination took place in two shifts.

ICSE Exam 2023: Exam Pattern

Students who will be appearing in the ICSE 10th exams in 2023 are required to select a minimum of six subjects. The student will be required to select a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 subjects from their specific group. Students can now check the detailed information at the official website.

• Group 1: The internal examination percentage will carry 80 marks while the internal assessment will be for 20 marks.
• Group (2). Students will be required to select a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 subjects from this group. There are 80 marks for the written paper and 20 marks for the internal assessment.
• Group (3) Students will be required to opt for 1 subject out of the available options. The written exam will carry a weight of 50 marks, while the internal assessment will carry a 50-marks.

This year, the board has revised the ICSE syllabus for 2022-2023 for selected subjects. Students are requested to check the revised syllabus for class 10. Students have to visit the CISE website to check their exam pattern and syllabus. CISCE released specimen papers for both the ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 examinations late in October. These sample papers range from 2017-2022.

Class 10 students will be able to solve the mock question papers for subjects including Hindi, Geography, and Mathematics, among others, while class 10 spicemen question papers are available for English history, chemistry, and fashion design.
