AIPGMEE 2015: Eligibility Criteria

The online registration for All India Postgraduate Medical Entrance Examination (AIPGMEE) for the year 2015 has commenced from August 29, 2014.

National Board of Examinations (NBE), New Delhi, is all set to conduct AIPGMEE for the year 2015 on December 01 to 06, 2014.

AIPGMEE 2015 exam is conducted for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses for the session 2015-16 all over India.

Candidates who are applying for the AIPGMEE 2015, must have to know the eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
A candidate, who holds MBBS degree from a recognised medical college or a foreign medical degree included in the schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and who has obtained full registration either from the Medical Council of India (MCI) or any of the State Medical Councils after completing compulsory rotating internship shall be eligible to take this examination.
The candidates who have obtained MBBS degree from the Medical Colleges which are not recognised by MCI shall not be eligible for this test.
Registration with M.C.I./State Medical Council is necessary and its documentary proof should be furnished at the time of admission in allotted College.
