AFCAT 01/2015 Eligibility Criteria for Women

Indian Air Force (IAF), issues online application form for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT 01/2015) for the courses, commencing in July 2016.

Eligibility Conditions for each course:
Flying Branches:
Age: Between 20 to 24 years, i.e born on 02nd July 1992 to 01st July 1996.

Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree / B.E / B.Tech in any discipline with 60% of marks in aggregate of all papers are taken together.

Height & Weight:

Minimum height: 162.5 cms with correlated weight, Leg length: 99 cms, Max 120 cms. Thigh Length: Max 64 cms. Sitting Height: Min 81.5 cms, Max 96 cms.

Technical Branch:
Age: Between 20 to 26 years, i.e born on 02nd January 1992 to 01st January 1996.

Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have 4 year Bachelor's degree (B.E / B.Tech) from any of the recognised university of cleared section A and B examination.

Height & Weight:
Height: 157.5 cms with correlated weight.

Ground Duty Branches:
Age: 20 to 26 years as on 01 January 2016, i.e., born between 02 January 1990 to 01 January 1996

Educational Qualification:
For Administration & Logistics:
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% of marks in aggregate of all papers are taken together. OR Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree / equivalent Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in all papers are taken together.

For Accounts:
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in commerce discipline with a minimum of 60% of marks in aggregate of all papers are taken together. OR Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree / equivalent Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in all papers are taken together.

For Education:
Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in all papers are taken together.

Height: 157.5 cms with correlated weight.
