ESIC Recruitment For 35 Senior Residents And Specialists Through 'Walk-In' Selection

The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), through ESI Hospital, Okhla in New Delhi, has released an official advertisement, inviting offline applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 35 vacancies to the post of Senior Residents and Contractual Specialists (full-time and part-time) in various disciplines comprising Anesthesia & Critical Care, Causality, Chest, Gynecology, Medicine, Pediatrics, Radiology, Surgery, Anesthesia and Dermatology through a 'Walk-in-Interview' process scheduled on October 23, 2019 from 9:00 am onwards.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Senior Residents and Contractual Specialists through ESIC Recruitment must not have exceeded 37 years of age (45 to 66 years for Specialists post) as on October 23, 2019 with relaxation (upper age limit) for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and Ex-SM candidates as per the established norms.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 300 (Gen/OBC) and Rs. 75 (SC/ST) respectively as application processing fee in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of "ESI Fund A/c no. 01" payable at Delhi. Women and PWD candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Senior Residents and Contractual Specialists through ESIC Recruitment must possess a PG Degree/Diploma; MBBS Degree in the concerned speciality/discipline from a recognised Institution/University, and be registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or with the concerned State Medical Council (SMC) with desirable work experience as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Senior Residents and Contractual Specialists through ESIC Recruitment will be done based on the candidates' performance in the 'Walk-in-Interview' scheduled on October 23, 2019 from 9:00 am onwards.

Candidates selected as Senior Residents and Contractual Specialists through ESIC Recruitment will be paid emolument as per ESIC norms.
