Educational qualification

For ECIL Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following educational qualification: They should have completed ITI (2 years) in the trades of Electronics Mechanic/Electrician/Fitter with a one-year Apprenticeship. Additionally, candidates should possess a minimum of one-year post-qualification experience (after ITI+Apprenticeship) in contract manufacturing of electronic equipment in PSUs.

Age Criteria

The maximum age limit for submitting online applications for ECIL Jr Technician vacancies is 30 years as of January 16, 2024.
Age Relaxation: OBC candidates have a relaxation of 3 years, while SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5 years. Moreover, candidates ordinarily domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989 have a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit.
