The Indian Railways, through the Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Eastern Railway, Kolkata, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 21 Group C vacancies to under Level 4/5 and Level 2 respectively in various sports categories comprising Archery, Athletics, Basketball, Kabaddi, Chess, Cricket, Cycling, Hockey, Gymnastics and Volleyball through direct recruitment. The registration-cum-application process towards the same starts from November 2, 2019 and closes on December 1, 2019 by 6:30 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Group C posts through Eastern Railway Recruitment must have attained 18 years of age as on January 1, 2020 and not be more than 25 years as specified in the notification.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 500 (Gen/OBC) and Rs. 250 (SC/ST/EWS/Women/Minorities) respectively as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode only.
