Eastern Central Railway: Apply Offline For Specialist Doctors Post Through 'Walk-In' Selection

The Indian Railways, through the Eastern Central Railway, has invited applications in a prescribed format from qualified and interested candidates for filling Four (04) vacancies to the post of Specialist Doctors to be posted at the Central-cum-Super Specialty Hospital, Patna in Bihar through a 'Walk-in-Selection' process scheduled on December 13, 2019 from 9:00 am onwards.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Specialist Doctors post through Eastern Central Railway must not have exceeded 53 years of age as on December 1, 2019 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC) and 5 years (SC/ST) respectively as specified in the advertisement.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Specialist Doctors post through Eastern Central Railway must possess an MBBS Degree; MD/DM/DNB/MS/Diploma in the concerned area from a MCI recognised University/Institute with relevant work experience as detailed in the notification.

Candidates must also mandatorily registered with either Medical Council of India (MCI) or Medical Council of State (MCS).

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Specialist Doctors post through Eastern Central Railway will be done based on the candidates' performance in the 'Walk-in-Interview' scheduled on December 13, 2019 from 9:00 am onwards.

Candidates selected for Specialist Doctors post through Eastern Central Railway will be paid remuneration in the scale of Rs. 95,000 to Rs. 1,05,000 per month.
