The University of Delhi (DU) is all set to begin the registration process for the first spot round of counselling for undergraduate courses on September 18 at 10 am. If you're an eligible candidate, you can register for the DU UG Spot Admission 2024 by visiting the official portal at admission.uod.ac.in. As of September 15, DU has already confirmed 72,263 admissions for this academic year.

For students who applied under CSAS UG 2024 but haven't secured a seat yet, this spot round offers a golden opportunity to get admitted. All you need to do is log in to your dashboard, select the "Spot Admission" option, and pick your desired program and college combination based on your category and the available seats.
To accept your allotted seat, you'll need your registration number and password to download the allotment letter. After accepting the seat, colleges will verify and approve applications between September 21 and 23.
September 24: The last day to pay the online acceptance fee is 4:59 pm.
Once a seat is allotted in the spot round, there's no option for an upgrade or withdrawal.
As per the official notice, "It will be mandatory for the candidate to take admission to the seat allocated in a Spot round. Failure to accept the allocated seat will forfeit the candidate's eligibility for admission to UoD, and they will be out of CSAS(UG)-2024."
