Delhi University (DU) has announced that its new academic session for undergraduate courses will officially commence from August 1, 2025. The announcement comes right after the declaration of CUET UG 2025 results, which were released on July 4. With this, DU has aligned its academic calendar to ensure timely classes, examinations, and breaks for both newly admitted and returning students.

Admission Process After CUET Result
With the release of CUET UG 2025 scores, Delhi University is now moving into the second phase of its Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS). In this phase:
- Candidates will have to select their preferred courses and colleges.
- Students can edit and update preferences based on their CUET scores.
- Colleges will then verify uploaded documents, and once the seat is accepted and fee paid, the admission is confirmed.
Total Intake & Course Structure
For the 2025-26 academic year, Delhi University is offering:
- Over 71,000 seats in undergraduate programs
- More than 186 combinations under the BA program
- Courses are being offered through 69 colleges and departments under the DU umbrella
All admissions will be handled through the CSAS portal at admission.uod.ac.in.
