DSSSB Recruitment: Apply Online For 536 Clerks, Stenos, Asst. Engineers, Inspectors And Other Posts

The Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board (DSSSB), under the Govt. of NCT of Delhi, has released an advertisement, invited online applications from qualified and interested candidates for filling 536 vacancies to the post of Junior Clerks (254), Store Keeper (01), Stenographer (44), Laboratory Assistant (10), Draftsman (02), Investigator (15), Section Officer (09), Assistant Engineer (46), Veterinary and Livestock Inspector (78), Junior Telephone Operator (10) and Hindi Translator-cum- Assistant (02) through direct selection. The online application process towards the same will commence from January 7, 2020 onwards and close on February 6, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for various posts through DSSSB Recruitment must have attained 18 years of age and not have exceeded 35 years of age, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 5 years (SC/ST), 3 years (OBC) and 10 years (PWD) respectively as specified in the notification.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 100 (GEN/OBC) as examination processing fee through online (net-banking/debit/credit, etc, payment gateways) mode only. SC/ST/Women/PWD and Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from paying the examination fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for various posts through DSSSB Recruitment must have passed Class 10/Matriculation or equivalent with 100 to 40 w.p.m. in English shorthand/computer typewriting; Class 12/10+2 or equivalent with a typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer; Bachelor's Degree; Degree in Civil Engineering; Diploma in Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Science from a recognised Board/University/Institute with diserable work experience in the concerned field as specified in the advertisement.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to various posts through DSSSB Recruitment will be done through a Written Examination (One Tier and Two Tier examination scheme) and Skill Test wherever applicable.

Candidates selected to various posts through DSSSB Recruitment will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 5,200 to Rs. 34,800 per month as per the desigantion.
