4366 Primary Teacher Vacancies In Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB)

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB), which was instituted on the 50th anniversary year of the Indian independence, has published a notification for the recruitment of Teacher vacancies. The recruitment notification was released for a total of 4366 vacancies. Candidates who meet all the prerequisites set by the DSSSB can apply online between July 2 and 30, 2018.

Vacancy Details

Total no of posts: 4366 (unreserved: 1610, OBC: 1286, SC: 714 and ST: 756) ) including PH: 474 (VH: 381, OH: 93).

Educational Qualification

• 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board/ institution.
• Two year's diploma/ certificate course/ in elementary teacher education course/ junior basic training or equivalent or bachelor of elementary education from a recognized institution.
• Hindi and English as a subject at secondary level.
• Candidates must have qualified CTET

Pay Scale

Rs. 35,400/- as per pay matrix (Rs. 9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay 4,200)

Age Limit

Maximum age limit is 30 years. And age relaxation will be provided to SC/ ST/ OBC/ departmental
candidates.

Examination Fee

Rs 100/-. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, physically handicapped & ex-serviceman category are exempted from application fee.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on the one tier examination. The duration of the examination is two hours and total number of marks are 200. The candidates will have sections such as general awareness, general intelligence & reasoning ability, arithmetical & numerical ability and test of English language & comprehension.
