DRDO Recruitment For Junior Research Fellows Through 'Walk-In' Selection, Earn Up To Rs. 31,000

The Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), through the Naval Physical and Oceanographic Laboratory (NPOL), Kochi, has released a notification inviting online applications from qualified and interested Indian nationals for filling vacancies to the post of Junior Research Fellows (JRF - 6 posts) in various disciplines - Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Oceanography, Physics and Applied Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry through a 'Walk-in-Interview' process scheduled on October 20, 2019 at NPOL, Kochi from 9:00 am onwards. Candidates must e-mail their one-page bio-data on or before October 18, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for JRF posts through DRDO Recruitment must not have exceeded 28 years of age, with relaxation (upper age limit) for SC/ST and OBC categories as per Govt. of India guidelines.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Candidates applying for JRF posts through DRDO Recruitment must possess a B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech (first class) in relevant engineering discipline concerned with a valid NET/GATE score in relevant discipline as detailed in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for JRF posts through DRDO Recruitment will be done through a 'Walk-in-Interview' process scheduled on October 20, 2019 at the Bhavan's Varuna Vidyalaya in the campus of Naval Physical & Oceanographic Laboratory (NPOL), Thrikkakara P.O., Kochi 682021 from 9:00 am onwards.

Candidates selected for JRF posts through DRDO Recruitment will be paid an emolument of Rs. 31,000 per month plus HRA.
