The Solidstate Physics Laboratory (SSPL), one of the premier research laboratories of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), has invited applications in a prescribed format from eligible and interested candidates for filling Twelve (12) vacancies to the post of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Research Associates (RA) in Physics, Electronics and Material Science disciplines through direct selection to be posted at SSPL units in Delhi and Hyderabad in India on a fulltime basis. DRDO Recruitment 2020: Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for JRF and RA posts through DRDO Recruitment 2020 must not have exceeded 28 years of age (35 years for RA posts), with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC) and 5 years (SC/ST) respectively as specified in the DRDO Notification 2020.

DRDO Recruitment 2020: Education And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for JRF and RA posts through DRDO Recruitment 2020 must possess a PhD or equivalent degree in Physics/Electronics/Material Science; M.Sc. in Physics/Electronics with first division with NET from a recognised University/Institute as specified in the DRDO Notification 2020.

DRDO Recruitment 2020: Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for JRF and RA posts through DRDO Recruitment 2020 will be done the basis of valid NET score and percentage of marks obtained in minimum qualifying degree and Interview.

Candidates selected for JRF and RA posts through DRDO Recruitment 2020 will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 31,000 (JRF) and Rs. 54,000 (RA) respectively.
