Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit

• Maximum age: 28 years.
• Relaxation: +5 years for SC/ST candidates, +3 years for OBC candidates.

2. Educational Qualifications

• Physics: Postgraduate degree in Physics with first division and a valid NET qualification.
• Mechanical Engineering: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with first division and valid NET/GATE score, or ME/M.Tech with consistent academic excellence.
• Electronics & Communication Engineering: BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication or Electronics & Communication Engineering with first division and valid NET/GATE score, or ME/M.Tech with distinction.
