DRDO Recruitment 2022: The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) has released the notification of DRDO CEPTAM DRTC 10, 2022 recruitment. DRDO is inviting applications for 1072 vacancies in various categories for DRTC (Defence Research and Development Organisation Technical Cadre).

Defence Research and Development Organisation is inviting applications for direct recruitment on 1901 posts. The recruitment is to be done in two categories;
- Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) and
- Technician-A (Tech-A)

DRDO CEPTAM DRTC 10: Important Dates

DRDO CEPTAM Eligibility
Here is the basic criteria of eligibility to apply for DRDO CEPTAM recruitment 2022.
- For Senior Technical Assistant - A Candidate needs to hold a Bachelor's degree in Science Or Diploma in Engineering or Technology or Computer Science or Allied Subjects from a recognised university.
- For Technician A - 10th passed or equivalent from a recognised Board or Institute; and ITI Certificate from a recognised Industrial Training Institute.
- Age Limit: Candidates should fall in the age group of 18 to 28 years.
DRDO CEPTAM Salary Details
Candidates shortlisted for the post of Senior Technical Assistant will be provided salary in Pay Matrix Level -6 i.e. From Rs. 35,400 to 1,12,400. For the post of Technician A, the pay matrix level will be 2 i.e. Rs. 19.900 to 63,200/-. Employees will be paid as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix and other benefits.
DRDO CEPTAM Selection Process
Candidates are informed here that the exam will be conducted in CBT mode. Applicants need to pay a fee of Rs. 100, to submit the application form. The will be conducted in two tier i.e. Tier 1 and Tier 2. In both levels multiple choice objective questions will be asked. While Tier 1 is just for screening, performance in Tier 2 exam will be considered for final selection.
