Click on the link that reads, Instructions for Online Application.

The application instructions will open. Read the details carefully.

Go back to the application page and click on the button that reads, Register yourself.

The registration form will open. Enter your details in the fields provided.
Step 6
Click the Register button and follow the subsequent pages to complete the registration process.
Step 7
Go back to the home page and click Sign In.
Step 8
A login form will appear. Enter your credentials in the fields provided.
Step 9
Click Login and complete the application process.
