- Additional Programme Officer under MGNREGA in Block- Master Degree in Sociology/Social Work/Economics/Mass Commnication/MBA in Rural Management or two years of PG Diploma in Rural Management /Rural Development from any recognized University /Institution
- Gram Rojgar Sevak in G.P. Level- 10+2 Pass with "O" level certificate from Government certified institution

About District Rural Development Agency, Subarnapur
DRDA Subarnapur came into existence after creation of a new district bifurcated from Bolangir District with effect from 1.4.1993. It is registered as District Rural Development Agency, Subarnapur.
The Jurisdiction of this Agency is comprised of 2 Sub-Divisions, 6 Blocks and 96 G.Ps. There are 979 Revenue Villages having 5,41,835 population as per 2001 Census out of which 5,01,767 rural and 40,068 urban population.
The District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) has traditionally been the principal organ at the District level to over see the implementation of different anti poverty programmes. Eradication of rural poverty through successful implementation of different anti poverty programmes of the Ministry of Rural Development as well as State sponsored plan is the aim of this Organisation.
Ameliorate the economic condition of the poor in rural areas by implementing the scheme/ programs of Govt. and by involving the people as well as PRIs members in the district.
