Delhi Home Department Recruitment 2019 For 47 Assistant Public Prosecutors

The Delhi Home Department, under the Govt. of NCT of Delhi has invited applications in a prescribed proforma from eligible and qualified candidates for filling 47 Assistant Public Prosecutors vacancies on a contractual basis in the Directorate of Prosecution, Govt of Delhi. All applications must be submitted on or before 15 February 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutors through Delhi Home Department Recruitment must not have exceeded 30 years of age as on 15 February 2019, with a relaxation in the upper age limit for SC/ST/PWD candidates and Central/UT/State government employees by 5 years and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutors through Delhi Home Department Recruitment must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognised School/University with at least 3 years experience at the Bar Council and must have experience as a government advocate, preferably.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Assistant Public Prosecutors through Delhi Home Department Recruitment will be done through Written Examination of Objective type, Shortlisting and Personal Interview.

Candidates selected as Assistant Public Prosecutors will be paid under Level 8 pay matrix of the 7th CPC + DA.
