Delhi Govt Reschedules CM Shri School Admission Test 2025

The Government of Delhi has announced the rescheduling of the CM Shri School Admission Test 2025, shifting the exam date from September 6 to September 13, 2025. The official circular was released by the Directorate of Education (DoE), confirming the change in schedule due to unavoidable administrative reasons.

The CM Shri Schools, also known as Schools of Excellence, are one of the flagship education reforms of the Delhi Government. These schools aim to provide modern facilities, innovative teaching methods, advanced labs, and a balanced focus on academics, co-curriculars, and skill development. Every year, thousands of students from Delhi apply to secure admission through this test.

Candidates who have already applied do not need to register again. However, they must download fresh admit cards reflecting the new exam date once the DoE updates them on its official portal. The admit card will include details such as exam centre, reporting time, and instructions.

The exam pattern is designed to assess students' aptitude, reasoning ability, subject knowledge, and analytical skills. Students preparing for the test should continue their revision strategy, focusing on time management and accuracy. The government has also assured that all exam centres will follow strict security and examination protocols.

Parents and guardians are requested to ensure that students reach their centres well in time on the revised date. Any delay in reporting may lead to disqualification.

This change gives students an additional week for preparation, which can be effectively utilized for revising important topics, attempting practice papers, and boosting confidence.

Candidates are advised to regularly check the DoE official website for updates regarding the admit card release and other exam-related notices.
