Deadline to Apply for Distance Education in Madras University Extended

The last date to apply at the Institute of Distance Education, University of Madras has been extended to this month end, that is April 30. This has been announced for the convenience sake of the students who are rushing for their admissions, it is learnt.

The admission is happening at the single window admission centre at the IDE, Madras University. Applications can also be made through the newly introduced online system.

What does the official notification say?

"For the convenience of the students, the last date for admission to the various courses
offered by the Institute of Distance Education, University of Madras under Calendar year 2017 is
extended up to 30th April 2017.

Students can get admitted themselves in the Single Window Admission Centre at the Institute of Distance Education, University of Madras which functions on all days including Saturdays and Sundays.

The students can also apply through the newly introduced Online Admission System available in the website : www.ideunom.ac.in. In addition to that, the students can also get admission through the University of Madras approved Study Centres and Spot Admission Centres. For further information refer to our website www.ideunom.ac.in."

Madras University Exam Results

Yesterday, the December 2016 UG / PG / MLIS / BLIS / CLIS / Diploma and Cerificate Examination results were published by the Madras University. Candidates can check it out on the university's official website.
