CUET UG Result 2022 Announced Today, Result Statistics Here!

CUET UG Result 2022: The National Testing Agency has released the CUET UG result today, September 16, 2022. Initially scheduled to be announced in the afternoon, the agency released the result at around 10 am today. CUET result is made available on the official website, cuet.smarath.ac.in. The examination was conducted in two sessions in July and August 2022.

As per reports, around 19,865 candidates have managed to secure 100 percentile in 30 subjects. The maximum number of students i.e. 8236 have secured 100 percentile in English. After this, around 2065 and 1669 students managed to secure 100 percentile in Political Science and Business Studies. Apart from this, 1000 candidates have managed to secure 100 percentile in subjects like Psychology, Economics, Biology, etc.

CUET UG Result Released: What's Next?

Now, as the result has been released by the competent authorities. The universities have been asked to prepare the merit list for their colleges on the basis of the CUET UG scorecard. The agency has earlier used the equipercentile method to calculate the marks secured by the candidates. This happened citing the difference in the difficulty level of the questions that were asked across different shifts of the CUET UG exam.

Earlier, Jagdeesh Kumar, UGC chairman notified that the universities will take upto 6 weeks in preparing the merit list and conducting the counselling session for admission. However, we can expect that the new academic session for the different UG courses shall commence in the last week of October or the first week of November 2022.
