CSIR UGC NET Last Date Extended, Check Out the Details Here

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date of the CSIR-UGC NET application form by 27th May 2024. The aspirants who are willing to appear for the examination can now submit the examination fee by May 27, 2024, at 11:50 p.m. Interested and eligible candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website of the authority; csirnet.nta.ac.in.

The registration deadline had previously been scheduled for May 21, 2024. Through csirnet.nta.ac.in, candidates can apply for registration for the CSIR UGC NET.
For the general category, the application fee is ₹1150; for general-EWS/OBC(NCL) category, it is ₹600; and for SC/ST/PwD/third gender, it is ₹325.

The application fee may be paid by credit card, debit card, net banking v, or UPI.
The purpose of the Joint CSIR UGC NET is to assess candidates for Junior Research Fellowships (JRFs), Assistant Professor appointments, and Ph.D. admission in Indian universities, colleges, and research and development facilities.

Step 3: Enter the registration details and register yourself.

Step 4: Once done, log in to the account.

Step 5: Fill out the application form and make the payment of the application fee.

Step 6: Click on submit and download the page.

Step 7: Keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

On June 25, 26, and 27, 2024, the CSIR UGC NET examination is scheduled to place. Three sections make up the exam. Objective-style multiple-choice questions will be included in every section. Intermissions between papers will not occur.
