CSIR-CRRI Recruitment 2019: Apply Online For 41 Technicians And Technical Assistants

The CSIR-Central Road Research Institute (CSIR-CRRI) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for filling 41 vacancies to the post of Technicians and Technical Assistants in multiple trades comprising Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Carpenter, Library and Information Science, Civil, Electronics and Hotel Management through direct recruitment. The online application process towards the same starts from March 15, 2019 and closes on April 16, 2019 with April 26, 2019 as the last date for submission hard copy of the application.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Technicians and Technical Assistants through CSIR-CRRI Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 28 years of age as on April 16, 2019, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 33 years for SC/ST candidates and 31 years for OBC candidates.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 100 (Gen/OBC) as application processing fee either through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit payment gateways) mode or Challan mode as detailed in the notification. SC/ ST/ PWD/Women/CSIR Employees are exempted from paying application fee.

Educational Criteria

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Technicians and Technical Assistants in multiple trades through CSIR-CRRI Recruitment 2019 must possess following qualifications:

Technicians: SSC/Class 10 or equivalent with Science subjects with at least 55% marks from a recognized Board/Institute. Candidates must possess an ITI Certificate in Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer/Carpenter/Library and Information Science trade/discipline.

Technical Assistants: Diploma (First Class) in Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical/ Computer/Hotel Management/ Civil Engineering or Technology.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Technicians and Technical Assistants through CSIR-CRRI Recruitment 2019 will be done through Shortlisting, Trade Test and Competitive written Examination.

Candidates selected as Technicians and Technical Assistants will be paid an emolument in the following scale:

Technicians: Rs. 28,563 per month
Technical Assistants: Rs. 51,006 per month
