CSE Main 2020 Reserve Result: UPSC Declares Civil Services Reserve List 2020 Released On upsc.gov.in

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the CSE Main 2020 Reserve Result. The Civil Services 2020 results were declared on September 24, 2021, on its official page upsc.gov.in recommending a total number of 761 candidates for appointment to various services involving - IAS, IFS, IPS, Central Services, Group 'A', and Group 'B' services against 836 vacancies. Now, the commission has declared the Mains Civil Services Reserve List 2020 which can be viewed on its official website.

The Commission had earlier declared the CSE 2020 final result or the Civil Services Final 2020 results based on the result of the written part of Civil Services Examination, 2020 held by the UPSC in January 2021 and the interviews for Personality Test held in August-September, 2021.

Now, as per the Department of Personnel & Training, the Commission has recommended 75 candidates which include 52 General, 19 OBC, 02 EWS and 02 SC, to fill up the remaining posts based on the Civil Services Examination, 2020. Particulars of these candidates are included in Mains Civil Services Reserve List 2020. The Mains Civil Services Reserve List 2020 recommended candidates will be intimated directly by the DOP&T.

UPSC CSE 2020 Topper

Of the 761 candidates recommended for appointment to various services comprising - IAS, IFS, IPS, Central Services, Group 'A' and Group 'B' services, Shubham Kumar, an IIT Bombay pass out from Bihar has emerged as the UPSC CSE 2020 Topper followed by Agrati Awasthi and Ankita Jain, occupying the second and third spot respectively
