he Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) have invited online applications from eligible candidates for a total of 22 executive posts under CPCL recruitment 2022. The application form for the CPCL Recruitment is active from 24.08.2022 to 21.09.2022. All interested and eligible candidates should apply for the respective posts on or before the last date in order to participate in the selection process.
The CPCL selection process (Except for the Officer Legal post) comprises two stages i.e online test & interview date. Whereas, the selection for the officer legal post shall be made through a Personal Interview to be held in Chennai. The CPCL online test is scheduled to be held on October 16, 2022. Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Instrumentation/Metallurgical/IT/ Computer/Marketing: First Class Graduate Degree in the concerned field with not less than 60% mark in aggregate of all semesters/years. SC/ST/PwBD candidates need to score a minimum of 55% against reserved positions.
Graduate in any discipline with two years of course leading to Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Master of Social Work / Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare / Human Resources from a recognized Indian University / Institute with not less than 60% Marks in aggregate of all semesters/years. SC/ST/PwBD candidates need to score a minimum of 55% against reserved positions.
Candidate should have acquired Graduate Degree in Law / LLB or equivalent. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% of marks (or equivalent CGPA and above) in Graduation and a minimum of two years of post-qualification work experience as a Law Officer.How to Apply Online for CPCL Recruitment 2022?

3 Select the post and click on "Applying for the post" from the drop-down menu.
4 Enter the required details and register yourself.
5 Now, enter your User ID and password on the login page
6. Read the instruction carefully and click on the checkbox of the Declaration form.
7 Click on the "Continue button.
8 Fill out the application form with the required details.
9 Upload your photo, signature, and documents in the prescribed format.
10 After previewing the application, click on submit button to submit button.
11 Now, click on the "Proceed to Pay" button and pay the application fees.
12 After that, take the print out of the filled-in application form for future usage.

The CPCL online test will comprise objective type Multiple Choice Questions. The exam will be conducted for a total of 120 marks in two parts i.e General Aptitude (Verbal Ability, G.K, Reasoning / Logical Deductions & Numerical Ability) containing 50 Questions and concerned discipline knowledge comprising 70 Questions. There shall be negative marking for ¼ mark for each wrong answer. The exam duration shall be 2 hours.
The candidates will be appointed in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs 50,000-1,80,000 on basic pay of Rs 50,000/- in Grade 'A' in the Supervisory cadre, subject to medical fitness. Along with the CPCL Salary, the candidates will receive various allowances as per the rules of the corporation.
