The Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), a group company of Indian Oil, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling One Forty-Two (142) vacancies to the post of Trade Apprentices in multiple trades through direct recruitment to be posted at its refineries located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India on a fulltime basis. The application-cum-registration process towards the same started on October 18, 2020 and closes on November 1, 2020.

Desirous candidates applying for Trade Apprentices posts through CPCL Recruitment 2020 must have passed Class 10/Matriculation or equivalent with ITI in relevant trade; Passed 12th Class Examination; Graduation (Non-Engineering); MBA (Marketing)/Post Graduate Diploma/MSW in Marketing/Personnel Management; MCA; CA/ICWA/MFC/MBA (Finance & Accounts)/Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from a recognised Board/Institution as detailed in the CPCL Notification 2020.

CPCL Recruitment 2020: Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to Trade Apprentices posts through CPCL Recruitment 2020 will be done based on the percentage of marks scored by the candidates in their respective ITI trades/Degree and certificate verification.

Candidates selected to Trade Apprentices posts through CPCL Recruitment 2020 will be paid a monthly stipend in the range of Rs. 3,500 to Rs. 9,000 as per the post as specified in the CPCL Recruitment 2020 norms.
