The allotment process of the PG dental (MDS) courses 2014 in Government Dental Colleges at Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam and Kozhikode is scheduled to be held on 05th April 2014 at the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Housing Board Buildings,Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram.
The availability of seats in the Government Dental Colleges and the details about the fee structure are available in the prospectus for admission to postgraduate dental courses (MDS) 2014.
Candidates who wish to attend the counselling will have to download their admit card, which will be made available on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
Candidates are required to fill in the particulars of the college and course, which they would like to opt, in the "Preference Form" provided at the time of counselling.
Selection and allotment will be strictly on the basis of merit and category, as per the Kerala state merit list for admission to PG dental courses 2014 published by CEE, Kerala available on the website on the basis of available seats.
Revised Kerala State merit list and category list will be published on 03rd April 2014.
If a candidate is not able to attend the allotment process on genuine grounds, the parent / guardian, or any authorised person can act as proxy in place of the candidate.
Such candidates should produce an authorization letter duly attested by a Gazetted Officer in the format which will be published on the website before counselling.
Candidate/proxy has to produce the admit card issued by CEE, Kerala and submit the original certificates and other documents mentioned in it for verification.
The candidates unable to attend the counselling as per the schedule noted below, will not be permitted to attend further allotments in Government Dental Colleges.
