COMEDK Examination

The COMEDK examination is a gateway for students across the country aspiring for an engineering career. The test provides entry into more than 190 engineering colleges in Karnataka, making it an essential milestone for future engineers. The exam tests the aptitude of students in foundational subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their chosen courses.

Eligibility for the Exam

Criteria for taking the COMEDK exam in 2024:

• General candidates must have completed Class 12 or a second PUC with a minimum aggregate of 45%.
• Candidates from the reserved categories (SC, ST, and OBC) must have a minimum aggregate of 40% in physics, chemistry, and mathematics, as well as any of the optional courses chemistry, biotechnology, biology, computer science, or electronics.

Exam Pattern

The computer-based COMDEK UGET 2024 exam will last three hours. The COMEDK UGET 2024 physics, chemistry, and mathematics sections will each comprise 180 questions. There will be no negative marking, and each question is worth one point.
