The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has cancelled the he Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for September 2015.
According to the officials, CMAT will not be held in September, this year. This exam will be instead held in the 1st week of January 2016.
The exam related information for CMAT January 2016 will be available for candidates by the end of the year on the official website.
The candidates will be informed about their admit cards, roll number, test date, test time, reporting time at the venue, venue name, venue address as well as brief instructions during the exam.
CMAT is a national-level entrance examination conducted by the AICTE. The test is conducted for facilitating institutions to select suitable students for admissions into management programmes affiliated by AICTE.
The examination will have a total of 180 questions and 180 minutes of time.
The candidates will be assessed on the following 4 major sections:
1. Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation
2. Logical Reasoning
3. General Awareness
4. Language Skills
