Central Railway: Apply Online For 251 Junior Clerks And Senior Clerks Post Starting Tomorrow

The Railway Recruitment Cell, Central Railway (RRCCR), Mumbai Division, has invited online applications from eligible and interested Indian citizens for filling 251 vacancies to the post of Junior Clerks and Senior Clerks through direct recruitment. The online application process towards the same starts from December 20, 2019 and closes on January 19, 2020 by 6:00 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Jr. and Sr. Clerks post in the Central Railway must not have exceeded 42 years of age (Gen/UR), 45 years (OBC) and 47 years (SC/ST) respectively as on January 1, 2020 as specified in the notification.
Candidates (all categories) are exempted from paying the application processing fee.

Vacancy Details

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Candidates applying for Jr. and Sr. Clerks post in the Central Railway must have passed Class 12(10+2)/Intermediate or equivalent with minimum 50% marks (aggregate) and a Typing speed of 30 wpm. in English/25 wpm in Hindi respectively for Jr. Clerks post; possess a Bachelor's Degree (Sr. Clerks) from a recognised University/Institution.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Jr. and Sr. Clerks post in the Central Railway will be done through in the following stages:

• Computer Based Test (CBT)
• Typing Test
• Document Verification and
• Medical Examination

Candidates selected for Jr. and Sr. Clerks post in the Central Railway will be paid emolument under Level 2 and Level 5 of the 7th CPC.
