An official notification about the UGC NET has been released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). According to it, an announcement in this regard will be published on the CBSE website on August 4. The website address is www.cbsenet.nic.in.
The lines for registration for the exam will open from August 11. Candidates who are interested in applying for the exam can do it in online mode. The registrations were earlier scheduled to be conducted from August 1.
Why is CBSE UGC NET held?
The examination is held for determining the eligibility for a number of posts, Assistant Professor, Junior Research Fellowship across the country.
Documents required
CBSE has now made Aadhaar card mandatory for those who want to appear for the exam. It will be required at the time of filling the online application form for CBSE UGC NET Nov 2017.
Next NET in 2017
The next examination will be conducted on November 5.
Deadline
The last date for the online registration is September 11.
