Teacher's Day 2018: CBSE Teacher's Awards 2017 – 2018 Candidates List Published

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the merit list of the candidates selected for the CBSE Teacher's Awards 2017-2018. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will felicitate the awards on Teacher's Day (today) and Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu will confer them.

For the first time CBSE is awarding teachers and principals for their work excellence. The award aims at bringing transparency and objectivity in the assessment process. The application process was online through the official website.

Step 2: A PDF file will appear on the screen. Read the details carefully.
Step 3: Scroll down to find the list of candidates for the award.
Step 4: Check for the names. Save it to your computer and take a printout of it for future reference.The shortlisted candidates will be intimated online or through a call. They must keep the scanned copies of their documents ready. Validation of these documents will be carried out by the National Level Scrutiny Committee.
