The National Skill Expo and Guidance Program 2025, held on February 6 at Delhi Public School, Pali Road, Jodhpur, marked a significant step towards transforming skill education and career readiness in India. The event was inaugurated by Rahul Singh, IAS, Chairperson of CBSE, alongside key dignitaries such as Dr. Raju Narayana Swamy, IAS (Principal Secretary, Govt. of Kerala), Dr. Biswajit Saha (Director, Skill Education, CBSE), and Asha Vyas (Pro-Vice Chairperson, DPS Pali Road).

- The Role of Design & Technology in Skill Education: A panel featuring Archana Surana (Director, ARCH College of Design & Business), Sandeep Sethi (Director, Jaipur City Palace Museum), Anamika Das (Head, ESRI), and Sanjeev Shivesh (CEO, ThinkStartup) discussed how design and technology are shaping the future of education.
- Skill Education & National Curriculum: Prof. V.S. Srivastava, Head of PSSCIVE, Bhopal, delivered an insightful lecture on the National Curriculum Framework for Skill Education (NCF-SE), emphasizing the importance of integrating skills into the mainstream education system.
Recognizing Young Innovators
A key highlight of the expo was the competition segment, where schools presented their most innovative projects. The winners, SSVM School of Excellence (Coimbatore) and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Vidyashram (Jaipur), were honored for their creative and practical skill-based solutions.
