The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi is all set to conduct JEE Main 2014 in Odisha state, which is to be held on 06th April 2014.
According to the CBSE sources, around 49,000 students will appear for JEE Main examinations at 90 different centres in nine cities across the state.
Around 28 centres are located at Bhubaneswar, 9 are located at Cuttack, 12 at Brahmpur, 10 at Sambalpur, 8 at Rourkela, 12 at Baleswar, 2 at Bhawanipatna, 4 at Jeypore and 5 at Angul.
According to the OJEE Secretary Priyabrata Sahu, around 39,000 students have enrolled for the Odisha Joint Entrance Examinations (OJEE) 2014. The OJEE 2014 will be conducted on 11th May, 2014.
39,000 Students Have Applied For OJEE 2014
Across the country, a total of 13.57 lakh candidates have registered for the JEE Main 2014 entrance examination.
JEE Main 2014 offline examination would be conducted on 06th April and computer-based online examination on 09th, 11th, 12th and 19th April 2014.
JEE Main 2014 is the qualifying examination for admission to engineering / technology courses in IITs, NITs, CFTIs and SFTIs across the country.
