CBSE extends registration date for Proficiency Test 2014

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi extends the registration dates for Proficiency Test 2014 for Class 10th students.

It has been notified that, by considering the requests of various stake holders i.e Schools / Institutions / Students and Parents, the last date for the test has been extended.

The last date for registering the candidates for Proficiency Test 2014, scheduled to be conducted by CBSE in the month of April 2014 has been extended.

Registration date extended for Proficiency Test

Earlier, 31st December 2013 was the last date for registration. Now it has been extended to 31st January 2014.

Proficiency Test:

A Proficiency Test measures an individual's abilities and skills in a domain or subject to know how well he / she has learned, understood and internalised the related concepts and principles.

The registration fee has to be submitted in the form of DD drawn in favor of "Secretary, CBSE, Delhi", should be payable at Delhi.

Any student studying in secondary or senior secondary school affiliated to CBSE and appearing in March, 2014 final examination (School conducted or Board Conducted) is eligible to appear in this test.

Every student appearing in the test will be issued a certificate by the Board indicating percentile rank.
