CBSE extends CTET 2024 July registration deadline, Check out for more details

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the registration period for the CTET July exam. The application window for CBSE CTET 2024, which opened on March 7, will now remain accessible until April 5, 2024, at 11:59 pm.

Candidates who have not yet registered are strongly encouraged to apply online before the new deadline. The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is scheduled to take place on July 7, 2024. Previously, the registration deadline was April 2.

How to Apply for CTET July Registration 2024?

• Visit the official CTET website at ctet.nic.in.
• Locate and click on the "Apply online for CTET July 2024" link.
• Opt for "New Registration" and complete the registration process.
• Fill out the application form and make a note of your registration number.
• Proceed to pay the exam fee and upload the necessary documents as per requirements.
• Upon completion of all steps, submit the form and download a copy for your records.

Application Fee

For CTET July 2024, candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories are required to pay Rs 1,000 for one paper and Rs 1,200 for both papers. Conversely, candidates from SC, ST, and differently-abled categories are required to pay Rs 500 for a single-paper test and Rs 600 for both papers.

The CBSE has issued an official statement regarding the technical difficulties encountered by candidates on the official CTET website - ctet.nic.in. Candidates are advised to promptly reach out to the CTET helpline number 2024 for assistance with any issues.
